Fruit Salad recipe

* Ingredients :

° 4 bananas
° 1 packet strawberries (winter excluding)
° 2 oranges
° 3 golden apples
° 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
° 1 vanilla bean (optional)
° 100gm fine sugar
° 1 liter of water
° 1 pineapple
° 1 ripe mango
° 4 kiwis
° 15 cl of strawberry or pomegranate syrup

* Preparation:


Step 1

Peel all the fruits and cut them into pieces and put them in a large bowl.

The second step

Make juice by mixing syrup, sugar, and water in a jug.

Step 3

Pour this mixture over the fruit, add cinnamon and vanilla sticks.

Step 4

Put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours (the longer you leave it in the fridge, the better the fresh fruit salad!).

Step 5

You can also add a little alcohol to taste like Kirsh, Rum, Soho, Pisang...

Step 6

Good tasting! If there is still a little of it the next day, it will only be better because the fruits will take time to taste good in their juice!!!
